While I had a bit to complain about, mostly involving Adam haha, I really did like this book. I can’t wait to read the next one. All of these devices are perfectly blended to create an intense air of mystery and keep your pulse pounding. Sefret smug I guessed the stalker hehe! After a near-death experience, she finds out that Debbie and Alex were trying to get back at Ben. And of course, there’s always that underlying worry that Matt was back in town too.

I was all set to give a 5 star rating and then the last page ticked me off.

Deadly Little Lies (Touch, #2) by Laurie Faria Stolarz

Overall, enjoyable enough to read the sequel, not enough to rant and rave and reccomend it to everyone I see. Except for the ending, well it was good, but not the way I’d hoped things would turn out. With this I had started, then stopped then continued where I left off then put it aside again. She still tingles from where he touched her. However, I feel like this series should have ended at book 3.

The whole psychometry theme is unique, and I appreciate that for what it is.

I don’t think it has any violence of sexual content. Her powers are similar to Aunt Alexia’s, but she is different from her aunt in that she still has a choice- to let the powers control her sanity or to embrace them. I have a really bad feeling about Adam. He has a chameleon tattoo on his thigh for God’s sake Oddly enough, I find that extremely sexy haha!

And I have a feeling I’ll be relieved that it is actually, the last one. After a cute deacly sweet scene where they talk and Ben ends up spending the night at her house, cuddling her all night while she sleeps, it finally sticks and a distance starts to come between then. It had interesting ingredients of mystery, romance, and action, to complement the thrilling plot.

I’m confused as to where to go from here.

I’m glad I did because it would have ruined the story. I mean, he has saved her life five times now, and he still doen’t think he deserves her. Oct 08, Nidah SleepDreamWrite rated it really liked it. I was captivated throughout. Then you have Alexia and she is barely given a part in the story, but yet you included her letters, leading you to believe it should be more focused on her, but it isn’t. The romantic tension between Camelia and Ben, two people so obviously still in love with one another was agonizing.

Reposeted from by book blog: Feb 11, Adream adream rated it it was ok. Now it’s Christmas Eve, and I woke up today realizing I started the series around this time. Everyone thinks that he killed his ex-girlfriend and put his classmate, Debbie, into a coma. I still hope that Ben and Camelia end up together. She kept mentioning that she was treating Adam like how Ben treated her when they were dating, all secrets and no trust, but she continues to act that way towards him even though she knows she’s hurting him.

Deadly Little Secret Summary & Study Guide

It is laurir in time that Matt, Camelia’s ex-boyfriend, is her stalker. Ben and Camelia’s complicated, yet still very there, romance was a hooking subplot to the story, for you constantly are wondering if and when they will ever realize how much they both need eachother.

I know it’s not over yet, but when I first started this it was the day before Christmas Eve, I think. The ‘Deadly Little’ series is very much a secret itself, hidden between the covers of the more well-known novels on the shelves in the library, waiting to show any willing reader the witty remarks, strong plot-line and that a small secret is just as intriguing as a famous one.

dfadly I felt bad for Wes and Kimmie because of how hard their lives seem to be, at least Camelia tries to be a good friend. Tears welled up in his eyes as he apologized for not getting there sooner.

Deadly Little Voices

I enjoyed the interactions of the Aunt. Kudos to Stolarz for a brilliant plotline.

It’s always the same thing! As it is, Camelia’s mom, Jilly, bugs me, even though all of her actions and reactions are completely understandable.
